No information about this town. Waterhouse School existed at the above GPS coordinates, but it is unclear where the name came from. Yet, according to History of Oregon, Volume One by Charles Henry Carey two men of the US Marine Corps, both from Waterville, were casualties in World War I. Waldo Harvey Farnham was killed in action, while James Merle Fountain died of wounds.
