Lighthouses
One of the greatest parts of the Pacific Northwest’s rugged coast is the number of lighthouses protecting ships from the rocks. Unfortunately that didn’t always work, leaving places like the Columbia River between Oregon and Washington nicknamed “Graveyard of the Pacific.” Never the less, these lighthouses are beautiful additions for the adventurous tourist.
