    When John Henry Blacker was born on 15 January 1811, in Frederick, Virginia, United States, his father, Luke Henry Blacker, was 28 and his mother, Rebecca Ann Albin, was 23. He married Hannah Shields on 18 October 1853, in Clackamas, Oregon, United States. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 1 daughter. He lived in Union, Clackamas, Oregon, United States in 1870. He died on 27 October 1890, in Clackamas, Oregon, United States, at the age of 79, and was buried in Butteville, Marion, Oregon, United States.
