This isn’t a picture post, but as an aspiring photographer I think it’s important to note. Photoprenuer has a list of 5 court cases involving photographer rights. The first one on the list no doubt highly contributed to the nightmare titleof the post.
While a couple of my photos have been used online, at least I was asked first. But this is why I add a fairly restrictive copyright to each of my photos.
